Pink Angels Home Caregivers is Hiring a Caregiver Near Orland, IL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will provide assistance to individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their well-being and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Escort clients to appointments and social outings
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
- Follow care plans and maintain documentation of care provided

Experience:
- Experience in hospice care or nursing home settings is preferred
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and first aid procedures
- Ability to manage behaviors effectively
- Understanding of resident rights and social work principles
- Capability to lift and assist individuals with mobility challenges
- Valid driver's license for transportation needs
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
