- ? Review Data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output
- ? Review, process, and complete multiple background screenings daily
- ? Compare screening information to multiple forms of identification for accuracy
- ? Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of information to prepare source data for entry into CRM
- ? Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- ? Support Sales Operations team and Marketing team with daily tasks. May enter data into formatted or unformatted screens and/or documents.
Works under immediate supervision.
Review, process, and complete multiple background screenings daily
- Compare screening information to multiple forms of identification for accuracy
- Research and analyze information received regarding detailed records and documents
- Manage ongoing case files by utilizing various research methods
- Maintain effective record keeping and note taking
- Carefully manage confidential and sensitive information daily
- Guarantee assigned goals are met
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Communicate effectively and efficiently to all involved parties including registrants, clients, and courts
- Web applications
- Web-based research process
- Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong customer service skills
- 1 years of employment experience
- 1 full year of college from an accredited school or equivalent experience
- ? Passion for data.
- ? Ability to prioritize projects and ad-hoc requests.
- ? Excellent attention to detail.
- ? Spreadsheet experience.
- ? Experience of Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
- ? Tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt to a quickly changing business environment
