Introduction

Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Technical Writer position. This position is a contract opportunity which is expected to be hybrid with 3 days onsite in Overland Park, KS for a duration of 6 Month .

The Technical Writer produces the SAP-ECC process documentation and work instructions required for the operation, and support of the products and systems in compliance with the commitments (quality, costs, deadlines, safety) and the associated documentary standards.

Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility

• Create work instructions for SAP functions
• Responsible for conducting editing of professional documents for content, format, flow and integrity in conformance with best practices
• Responsible for identifying additional or missing materials required to deliver documentation
• Responsible for editing written copy, researching and writing professional documents, including program reports and procedures, technical documentation and training materials

Qualified candidates would have the following:

• Prior knowledge and experience in process mapping and documentation writing.
• Strong knowledge and experience of process mapping and documentation writing with intimate SAP knowledge.
