• Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Availability to travel around St cloud and Orlando
• Ideal candidate would have proven ability to grow new business and source and hunt for new business opportunities and customers.
• The ability to deal with a variety of customers, both internal and external, in a highly professional and diplomatic manner
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven track record of cold calling and still willing to make cold calls
• The ability to organize and to make decisions within established guidelines
• Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Associates degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, marketing or a related field preferred.
• (Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.)
• Minimum 5 years increasingly responsible experience in sales to include extensive cold calling required, preferably in the cleaning, industrial or supply chain industry
• MUST have strong previous outside sales experience meeting monthly and quarterly sales quotas and developing new business.
• Must have a Vehicle with Insurance
• Valid Florida DL
