ITAC Solutions is Hiring an Estimating Coordinator Near Pelham, AL
ITAC Solutions is working with a local, Birmingham, AL, team in its search for a new Estimating Coordinator. This individual will support 4 Regional Sales Managers with the goal of improving their productivity by inputting bids, coordinating with other teams, preparing reports, and handling administrative duties. Ideal candidates will exude accuracy and organization in their work and be technically proficient with SalesForce or other CRM experience.

Compensation: $45-$50k/annuallyWhat you’ll be doing:
- Receiving bid requests from outside sales representatives and inputting project details into CRM software.
- Reviewing blueprints and scheduling estimates to be completed.
- Coordinating with Customer Service to acquire design files and any other missing information to proceed with submittal scheduling.
- Assisting with contract receipt, reviewing and filing.
- Creating and updating sales reports.
- Communicating on a regular basis with Sales Supervisor, Outside Sales Reps, and other departments.
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- SalesForce experience
- SalesForce or CRM experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
