Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need of support within the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior

Requirements:

- Experience in hospital medicine, outpatient care, or related fields is beneficial
- Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures and geriatric care is a plus
- Ability to work with individuals requiring specialized care such as those from Level I or Level II Trauma Centers
- Understanding of emergency medicine practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent
