WowzaExpress is looking for food delivery drivers to deliver food from local restaurants to customers homes. Drivers will use the Driverlogic app to pick up orders from restaurants and then deliver them to customers. Drivers are expected to be courteous and professional when interacting with customers. They should also be able to follow directions and map routes efficiently. A clean driving record is required. Start Immediately.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive to customer locations and pick up orders in a timely manner
• Deliver food and other items to customers promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times
• Communicate effectively with customers, restaurant staff, and dispatch team
• Stay up-to-date on the latest delivery routes and shortcuts
• Use GPS navigation to plan efficient delivery routes
• Collect payments from customers and process transactions accurately
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Keep track of deliveries and mileage for each shift
• Report any accidents or incidents to management immediately

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Eligible to work in the US
• Driver’s license and insurance
• Clean driving record
• Smartphone
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with customer service
• Familiarity with the area in which you’ll be working
• Ability to use GPS navigation
• Comfortable with using technology
