Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HVAC/R Office Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and service requests with our Office Team, managing workflow, and helping with customer expectations. You will work closely with our team of HVAC/R technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customers with updates on their service status and connect them to the appropriate team member.
Ensure job progress and completion of that work orders is being in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of service calls, job details, and customer information
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and generate new business leads
Provide administrative support as needed to all team members while becoming a subject matter expert
We offer dental, vision, healthcare, 401K and PTO after 60 day probation period.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience with administrative work
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and terminology is a plus
2-3 years of administrative work is a plus
Experience in human resources functions is a plus
