Inside Sales Law Firm - Client Care Coordinator

We are a small, but fast-growing Estate Planning law firm in Palm City, FL, looking for a Salesperson (also called Client Care Coordinator) to ensure that the firm is always putting its best foot forward for potential new clients.

The position will entail both sales and customer service responsibilities.

We need a bright, creative, empathetic, and compassionate person who can convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance our client experience.

You will work closely with other members of the team to develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources.

You will help us realize our vision of helping more people!

Compensation : $50,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure successful execution of the pre-engagement glidepath, onboarding new clients, and the post-engagement glidepath.
  • Conduct initial sales conversations and initiate new client engagements.
  • Liaise directly with clients in order to answer inquiries, provide updates, and resolve any issues.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and develop strategies to grow the firm’s client base.
  • Prepare and present reports to the firm’s management on client engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that client projects are completed in a timely manner and of the highest quality. ·
  • Help clients describe their situation and understand the cost to them if they don't solve the problem / value they will see by solving it.
  • Discuss the workflow in general and how cases move through the system.

Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of experience in a client engagement, or inside sales role in a professional services environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to communicate complex ideas to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Proven ability to analyze data quickly and accurately, and to assess risk and develop solutions.

Additional requirements :

  • Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with dental or medical office procedures is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to address client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems is a plus.
