Salary: Minimum $50,000 per year, 80% commission on production over threshold, plus benefits

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of outbound sales experience with a proven history of production in the insurance industry
• Proven relationship-building, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, presentation, listening, and organization skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Having experience as a former agency owner is a plus
• Identify and solicit sales prospects from outside sources to grow book
• Has referral connections and is rooted in the community
• Comfortable with customer interactions through various communication methods and must be able to represent the organization professionally and responsibly
• High school degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in sales
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone skills
• Fluent with Microsoft products, including Teams, with the ability to quickly learn new apps and systems
