Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research related to bankruptcy cases
- Prepare bankruptcy petitions for chapters 7, 11, and 13
- File legal documents as required
- Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed
- Utilize case management software to maintain and update case information
- Manage calendars to ensure all deadlines are met
- Utilize knowledge of bankruptcy law in day-to-day tasks
- Conduct e-filing as required
- Utilize legal research skills to support case preparation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal
- Proficient in Case Management Software
- Experience in Calendar Management
- Specialized knowledge in Bankruptcy, specifically in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
- Demonstrated understanding of Bankruptcy Law
- Proficient in Legal Research
- Familiarity with e-File and e-Filing systems
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in the specified location
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
