Position SummaryUnit Clerk - Skilled Nursing Experience Required:Performs clerical support in an efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) required
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to remain calm and professional in all work-related situations
- Demonstrates proficiency in computer and phone operations
- Conducts diligent patient appointment follow-ups
- Initiates communication with medical practitioners to obtain patient information
- Facilitates the organization of laboratory procedures
- Arranges and manages transportation for patients and appointments
- Efficiently handles call inquiries and transfers with professionalism
- Assists in various administrative responsibilities as required
