To assist financial planners and clients directly in the day-to-day requirements of processing investment related account opening, closing, funding, transferring and other related requests in a timely and compliant manner.

Investment Support Specialist we are seeking to expand our team.
About you:
You have five or more years in a financial services environment or other support related career in banking, insurance or financial services/wealth management firm.
Today, you are a polished professional, possibly even securities registered and insurance licensed, with finely honed organizational and interpersonal skills. You can simultaneously handle both short-term tasks while continuing to make progress on long-term projects. You enjoy being behind the scenes with some occasional client contact and relish seeing a job through completion. You respond to client issues politely, quickly and work towards a solution using your common sense and keen judgement. You have strong Microsoft Office skills, mainly focused in Word and Excel, as well as experience with CRM management software. You are a highly efficient with your time. You desire to be part of an expanding team, working collaboratively together and are seeking an opportunity to make a difference.
Responsibilities:
➢ Package account applications and required paperwork for client meetings o Most are prepared online via DocuSign or other online resources o Some continue to require paper or scan/email signature o Stay current on the ever-changing account opening landscape
➢ Complete applications and submit for approval o Follow-up on all requirements with clients o Confirm new accounts are properly established and funded
➢ Process account transfers and follow up through completion
➢ Deposit checks via remote deposit app or via mail
➢ Process any check/EFT/wire requests for clients
➢ Record, scan or save all documents and information for new clients
➢ Coordinate client investment review meetings
Qualifications:
➢ Must be able to work and communicate effectively within a team environment
➢ Self-motivated and responsible when working remotely from home
➢ Quality customer service skills a must via phone and email
➢ Organized and detail oriented
➢ Punctual and time sensitive
➢ Takes initiative and responsibility with their work
➢ Motivated and accepts responsibility to complete tasks
➢ College business graduate or related business experience
➢ Fluent with select computer applications o Microsoft Office – namely Word and Excel o CRM System - Redtail
➢ Series 7 and/or Life & Health licensing a plus, not necessary
