Bookkeeper / Office Manager Job description:
Parker Trailer & RV is currently looking to fill a full time Bookkeeper / Office Manager position at our location in Parker. We are one of Colorado's top trailer dealerships representing some of the top names and highest quality trailers that are available on the market today as well as a complete service facility. This is a M-F, 7:30am to 4:30pm position.
ACCOUNTING:
Maintain All Related Accounting and Bookkeeping Records.
Manage Daily Deposits and Related Financial Reports.
Process & Manage A/P and A/R.
Complete all required Sales, Use, & Property Tax Forms.
Reconcile Bank Accounts and General Ledger Accounts.
Prepare Reports as Necessary for Management.
Maintain an Accurate GL and Work with our CPA as Needed.
Prepare Annual Information for Tax Accountant.
Ensure Compliance with Rules & Regulations.
ADMINISTRATIVE:
Oversee Employee Time Tracking and Submit Payroll to our HRO for Processing.
Maintain Attendance Records, Setup Employees in Various Software Accounts, Maintain New Hire and Termination Paperwork, Track Benefit Eligibility and Benefit Administration, Keep OSHA Records in Compliance and Maintain Other Records Related Duties as Needed.
Gather Quotes for Insurance Renewals, Uniform Contracts, Equipment Contracts & Merchant Processing as needed.
Order Supplies & Services Necessary for Daily Operations.
Backup to Title Clerk / Stock in trailers as needed.
Answer phones as needed.
SKILLS:
Accounting Degree or at Least 3 Years of Verifiable Accounting / GL Experience.
Experience in a Dealership Environment is Helpful.
Dealer Management Software Experience helpful (currently use Motility Software Solutions)
Administrative Experience Helpful.
Computer Literacy.
Detail Oriented With a Desire to Complete Tasks with Complete Accuracy.
