PC Technician B
A PC Technician B is responsible for coordinating with the help desk team in supporting end users in addition to building, cloning, deploying, and troubleshooting workstations; troubleshooting various system related issues via phone and email communication; and basic network troubleshooting, printer configuration, and other duties as assigned. Knowledge of a Local Area Networking (LAN), installing and supporting Microsoft Office products and of Active Directory (AD) is required. Candidate must have at least two (2) years of PC client tech or related experience including good customer relationship and communication skills. PC tech certifications and/or degrees are a plus. Some travel is required.
