- Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports.
- Analyze financial information to produce forecast of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in cost forecasting.
- Utilize CMMS (Maximo) to issue Service & Purchase Orders to vendors.
- Manage project budgets within financial systems.
- Manage CSI process to accurately track and forecast project costs.
- Provides regular cost updates to Management and Stakeholders.
- Maintains organization of information for yearend accruals.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related financial discipline or 10 years of related work experience required.
- An advanced degree in a financial discipline is .
- Financial and/or accounting experience required.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Basic ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles, and reporting of financial data.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software(Smart by GEP, Ariba, SAP).
