Harpster Land Development is Hiring a Project Coordinator Near Pasco, WA

Job Title: Project Coordinator (Hourly/Non-Exempt, 20-40 hrs/wk)

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team and assist in managing land development projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to take direction and excel in both follow-through and follow-up tasks. This role requires the ability to produce high-quality work with little to no errors and the person who fills it must be meticulous in their work and someone who strives for excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Project Coordination:

o Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

o Monitor project progress and provide updates using Monday.com.

o Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately maintained.

o Review project-related documentation for key information.

o Ensure project-related tasks are completed on time.

o Coordinate follow-up with various stakeholders and entities.

o Completed project-related tasks as necessary.

· Administrative Support:

o Prepare and manage project-related documents.

o Maintain organized and accessible records for all project activities.

o Track and follow up on project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

o Resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

o Maintain a proactive approach in managing potential risks and obstacles.

o Other duties as assigned.

· Other:

o Ability to think outside the box while coming up with creative solutions to unique problems that arise during the lifecycle of a project.

o Ability to read, understand, and interpret sometimes complicated documents such as easement agreements, development agreements, title reports, entitlement condition reports, municipal codes, and purchase and sale agreements.

Requirements:

· Ability to type 50 words per minute.

· Adept at researching and information gathering.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Proficiency with Monday.com

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Travel during normal business hours within 100 miles is required from time to time.

Preferred Education/Experience:

· Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the job.

· Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred.

· Three to five years of related experience orfour to six years of experience in a related field such as title & escrow, real estate, municipal government, land use planning, etc.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

· Duties are primarily performed in an office environment while sitting at a desk and computer with moderate noise.

· Prolonged periods of sitting, frequent use of hands, and close visual acuity needed.

Compensation/Benefits:

· $25.00 - $37.50 per hour depending on experience.

· 401k enrollment after 90 days of employment.

· Individual health insurance coverage after 90 days of employment.

· Other benefits as required by state/federal law.

Schedule:

· Typically Monday through Thursday 9am-5pm.

· Flexible scheduling/remote work potentially available after 90 days.
