We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team in Paso Robles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining trucks and heavy equipment. Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires.
• Inspect and identify worn parts such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors to repair or replace as needed.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers with a forklift.
• Conduct safety inspections and PM services on heavy equipment.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License

Desired Experience:

• Experience working on Tractors/Bore Machines and/or other heavy equipment
• Experience with DOT 90 Day BIT Inspections on trucks and trailers
• Knowledge of basic welding and metal fabrication
• Class A Driver’s License
• Experience operating heavy equipment (mini excavators, skid steers, etc.)
• Technical certifications in diesel mechanics or a related field
