Position OverviewThe Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for working with customers from initial quote to product being delivered and customer satisfied.
Sales
- On Board, Familiarize, and Interact daily with company CRM System.
- Accurately Record and Respond to standard and custom Customer Calls.
- Interact with Engineering Department in order to prepare timely responses to RFQ’s.
- Interact with Customer Support Team in order to prepare timely responses to RFQ’s.
- On Board, Familiarize and Enter accurate data in company ERP System.
- Prepare and finalize proposals and costs sheets for detailed quotations.
- Interact with Vendors to expedite quotations in support of RFQ schedule(s).
- Interact with Website and SEO Consultants to optimize company website and traffic.
- Interact with Ad Agencies to Prepare Advertising Schedules.
- Interact with Creative Agencies to Prepare new Advertising Materials.
- Familiarize with company Datasheet format in order to prepare New Datasheets for Website.
- Prepare presentations for Internal and Customer meetings.
- Microsoft Office Applications specifically PowerPoint for presentations, Excel for reporting and Outlook for daily emailing internally and externally
- CRM experience preferred
