Job Description
- Environmental Health and Safety in Roseville distribution center; Temperature control facility (Picking, Packing and shipping).
- Some EHS-related experience is needed; overseeing all aspects of EHS in the site including audits.
- Help in monitoring sustainability metrics in terms of waste and water usage. Identify potential improvements for the site.
- Update lock/out tagout program, update hazard communication program, assist with EHS committees, day to day assistance with health and safety issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills needed.
- Computer literate; can operate Microsoft tools.
- Organized person with good reporting and documentation skills.
- Provides employee training, plant inspections, hazard evaluations to meet the needs of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree (Environmental science degree, Bio-medical Science, Chemistry) with 2 to 3 years of EHS-related experience.
- Will look at candidates with 5 to 7 year's experience as well if they are fine with the given rate.
