Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting unique and delicious cocktails for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and recommending drink options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Drive increased sales though innovative and creative marketing
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Participate in training programs to enhance mixology skills

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes
- Familiarity with retail math for accurate measurement and pricing of ingredients
- Understanding of food handling safety guidelines
- Strong sales skills to upsell premium drinks and promote specials
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple drink orders simultaneously
- Experience working in banquet or event settings is a plus
