As a Home Medical Equipment Delivery Technician at HealthKeeperz, you are more than just a delivery driver. You play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the essential medical equipment they need in a timely and efficient manner. You are the face of HealthKeeperz in the community, representing our commitment to cultivating a flourishing culture that relentlessly pursues innovative systems of care and achieves excellence.

Expectations:

1. **Deliveries & Set-up:** Safely transport and deliver medical equipment to patients' homes, ensuring that equipment is set up properly and is operational.

2. **Equipment Maintenance:** Pull necessary supplies, clean, and perform routine checks on equipment to ensure it meets HealthKeeperz's high standards of quality and safety.

3. **Patient Instruction:** Educate patients and their families on the proper use of the equipment, answering any questions and addressing concerns to ensure the patient feels confident in its use.

4. **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, treating every patient with compassion and respect, in line with our core value to "be compassionate."

5. **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with other HealthKeeperz team members, including the Home Health Care and Hospice services teams, to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.

6. **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on the latest equipment and best practices, participating in training as required.
