Job Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Peoria, Illinois Onsite
Description
- Quality Engineering in the domain of Assembly, Fabrication and Machining.
- Develop BIQ (Built in Quality) concept in the Manufacturing process to improve the FTR.
- Strong background of implementing IPV (Inprocess Validation) for Assembly, Machining and Fabrication domain.
- Experience with developing Quality inspection plans for station wise process, end of the line inspection plan, Test plan and PDI.
- Develop Control plans, measurement plan, Gage R&R, Special/ critical characteristics for the process and work with Cross functional teams to implement the same.
- Experience with implementing Advance Quality concepts, Digital Quality tools.
- Experience with Advance product Quality planning (APQP) working on both product and process side.
- Experience with resolving AQE (All Quality events) with cross functional teams and followup for closure and implementation.
- Experience with 8D's, Root Cause Analysis, Minitab, Cp, Cpk studies etc.
- Experience with developing PFMEA and co-ordinate with various teams to prioritize risks.
- Develop Control plans with all the detection/ prevention control in the process and define process characteristics and specifications.
