Position: Assistant Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

· Acquire and review subcontractor proposals

· Assist project managers in creating project schedules.

· Work closely with the project manager in coordinating subcontractors, engineering and factory production facility related items

· Obtain review and distribute project submittals

· Assist with monthly progress billing process

Qualifications:

· Team oriented

· Ability to multitask and record action item list

· Five (5) years prior experience as an Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry (modular preferred).

· Proficient with MS Office software.

· Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve project goals.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in project management software and tools.

· Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
