EIS Consulting Group is Hiring a Systems Administrator Near Petaluma, CA
Job DescriptionWe are a small MSP on the West Coast looking to add an Escalation Technician to our ranks. Our team is total 12 people and want to hire for a position to help support our Help Desk technicians as well as focusing on more robust and difficult issues.
We started making big pushes to the cloud and are focusing on moving more and more of our clients to Azure. However, not all of our clients can/fit this migration plan and we still have to maintain physical environments.
The person we are looking for should be comfortable with troubleshooting networking and cloud related technologies but the standard mix of skillsets still apply for us such as traditional AD environments, wireless, group policy, and more.
Our position we are looking to fill is $70k-$85k per year full salary. We offer paid vacation, 401k match, annual bonuses and a strong team based culture to settle into.
What we are looking for in a candidate is as follows:
Prefer 3-6 years of MSP experience
Strong customer service skills
Great communications skills
The ability to work remotely and be comfortable with conference based meetings.
Follow SOP and document new procedures and knowledge base articles
Familiarity with Azure, Intune, and cloud security concepts
We operate remotely as a company. Our main focus is to bring someone in who can work PST time zones but MST is also acceptable.
