Take MAR (More Action for Regeneration) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to regenerating both the environment and communities by reconnecting humans with nature. This approach aims to improve physical and mental health and foster pro-environmental behaviors. 

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grant writing and a proven track record of raising funds for nonprofit organizations. This role is crucial in sustaining and expanding our programs and ensuring we continue to meet the needs of our community.

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support organizational goals and initiatives.
• Research, identify, and write grant proposals to secure funding from foundations, corporations, and government entities.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
• Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
• Manage donor databases and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials and communications.
• Monitor fundraising progress and prepare regular reports for the executive team and board of directors.
• Stay updated on fundraising trends and best practices to incorporate into strategies.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising and grant writing for nonprofit organizations.
• Demonstrated success in securing grants and raising funds from diverse sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in donor management software
• Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
• Passion for Take MAR’s mission and values.
