Magnolia Greene is Hiring a Remote Customer Service Advocate I

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work as a customer service advocate remote, with a primary focus on handling webchats and SMS messages.
  • Occasionally make outbound calls to technicians for outages/issues as required.
  • Assist customers with placing orders for services, troubleshooting equipment, and resolving issues via webchat, SMS, and phone.
  • Collect payments from customers using credit card via phone when necessary. .
  • Other duties may be assigned by supervisor or management.

qualification Requirements

  • Six (6) Months Customer Service Experience Preferred
  • Computer skills and tech-savvy
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat/sms conversations simultaneously
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and ability to handle multi-task assignments

Work Schedule - Part-Time

  • 7pm-11pm
  • Includes Weekends and Holidays

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED

The Part-Time Customer Service Advocate represents the needs of the customer for BEAM, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service. Your primary duty is to meet the needs of the customer and make sure the company serves their best interests, particularly during off-hours.
