We need a Distribution Center Manager to join their team!

You will oversee the activities of a team of picker/packer distribution workers.

• Operation Monday - Friday, ideal candidate must be open to working varied hours.
• Has supervision of 8 – 25 depending on seasonality of business.
• 5 years’ experience in similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the shipping receiving of products and goods.
• Delegate pick assignments to appropriate teams and personnel to maximize effective throughput.
• Responsible for strict inventory controls and replenishment.
• Manage employees, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Knowledge of working in large SKU based DC/fulfillment center.
• Opening/closing facility as needed
• Enforcing company policies & procedures.
• Ensuring policies and procedures are followed regarding security and safety in order to maintain a safe working environment (i.e., OSHA compliance, forklift certifications are current, etc.)

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

• Management and supervision of Distribution Center / fulfillment warehouse.
• Filling and shipping high volume of packages from 1 pc per box to full containers.
• Routing to Tier 1 retailers, per guidelines and waving of orders.
• Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Management.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
