LHH is assisting a strong Philadelphia law firm in its search for a Commercial Litigator to join its growing group. This is an opportunity to work alongside seasoned practitioners who value their associates and provide a collegial and collaborative work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years of commercial litigation experience (experience in real estate transactions and/or banking is a plus)
- Experience taking/defending depositions and appearing for court conferences/hearings and arbitrations
- Strong legal writing skills and attention to detail
- Admitted to practice in PA (NJ license is a plus)
