Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as the National Sales Director at LFI. As the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales activities, managing a sales team, conducting market planning, and implementing effective sales strategies. This role is based in Philadelphia, PA, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
- Strong Team Management skills
- Proficiency in Market Planning
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in landscaping maintenance companies or large chain enterprises preferred
