United Pride Dairy is currently looking for a Lead Equipment operator. We are a large successful dairy operation covering 5500 ac with a large fleet of late model tractors, equipment, and heavy-duty trucks.

Duties will include:

· Operation and maintenance of equipment during manure application, planting and harvest.

· Oversee harvesting/manure application crew.

· General Maintenance and repairs of equipment and buildings when not in the fields.

· General Tasks as assigned.

· Paid on-call time on rotational scheduled basis.

Hours vary by season. Good driving record required. Self-propelled harvester and corn planter experience preferred along with precision farming technology experience but willing to train the right candidate.

Seasonal & Part Time Options are also available.

Competitive pay $40,000-$55,000 based on experience. This is not a salaried position, you are paid for the time put in.
