Job Duties
- Adhere to customer quality agreements and standards.
- Optimize work cell process flow.
- Design ergonomic workstations.
- Support automation in production (robotics, vision systems).
- Design equipment/processes for new/improved products.
- Use creative problem-solving and data-driven methods.
- Prepare protocols, reports, and engineering documentation.
- Lead equipment design reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) at vendor sites.
- Apply lean manufacturing tools to minimize waste and variation.
- Develop new assembly processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2 years in manufacturing (Medical Device or Electronics preferred).
- CAD experience.
- PCBA handling/testing experience.
- ESD training.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with automation, robotics, and vision systems in an assembly environment.
