As a Boost Mobile Cellular Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success. Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest level of customer experience across multiple stores by maintaining excellence in store standards and product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas provided, demonstrating exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Provide detailed information on Boost Mobile products, plans, and promotions to customers.
• Effectively sell Boost Mobile devices and accessories, processing payments and answering any customer inquiries.
• Manage store inventory, conduct minor cleaning duties, and distribute promotional materials as needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and communication.
• Collaborate with sales and support staff to optimize sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cellular sales and retail sales required.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
