## Job Overview

## Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Support individuals with memory care and dementia care needs
- Lift and transfer clients safely when necessary
## Qualifications
- Experience in direct support or caregiving roles preferred
- Knowledge of senior care and long-term care practices
- Ability to provide compassionate care with empathy and patience
- Familiarity with home community care services
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families
