We are seeking a Trusts And Estates Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' needs. Willing to consider full time or part time applications.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing legal documents related to probating estates and Medicaid applications
- Assembling supporting documentation for estate administration and Medicaid applications
- Preparing trust accountings
- Contacting clients to obtain necessary information
- Corresponding with clients and courts
- Recording and storing client information
- Supporting activities as needed - answering phone, making copies, mailing, filing
Qualifications:
- Prefer previous experience as a paralegal or other legal or financial field but willing to train right person
- Highly organized
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
