Sales Support Coordinator
This position is comprised of sales (50%), customer service (25%) and freight quoting (25%)
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Seek to understand customer needs and requirements and work to find products that provide solutions.
- Take customer calls regarding shipping dates and any issues that may arise.
- Provide assistance and backup to the customer service team as needed.
- Work with the team to resolve customer service or product quality issues.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research potential new accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Team with sales partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Provide information and samples to customers as requested.
- Provide freight quotes for sales and outgoing orders.
Requirements and skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Proficiency with Google and Gmail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
