Bighorn Veterinary Service is seeking a veterinary technician or veterinary assistant. The practice is a long term established practice of 25 years with a wonderful steady, stable client base, while continuing to add new clients. The clinic is located in the beautiful mountain community between Conifer and Bailey, Colorado. The practice is family owned and the care provided has an extremely personal touch. It is mixed animal, with the greatest percentage being predominantly dogs and cats. Part-time position available 20-25hrs/week. Some Saturday availability is needed.

Duties include interacting with clients and patients; collecting histories; assisting in exam room; animal restraint; filling prescriptions; performing in-house laboratory work and diagnostic imaging; preparing surgical packs and patients; monitoring during surgeries; some scheduling and patient check-in and check-out.
