Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements
Manage general ledger accounts
Maintain accurate financial records
Prepare reports as needed
Communicate effectively with clients regarding financial matters
You're a perfect fit if you have:
2 years of bookkeeping experience
Proven ability to maintain meticulous financial records
Strong understanding of accounting principles (debits & credits)
Experience with bookkeeping software (QuickBooks a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player attitude with a willingness to help others
Bonus points for:
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of relevant tax regulations
