General Description – Purpose of Role
The Graphic Designer provides visual communication between vendors and consumers by combining imagery, words and ideas in order to convey specific information.
Essential Functions
Organize and conduct product photo shoots.
Edit/Manipulate images using Adobe Photoshop in order to produce a final product image for use on websites and printed material.
Create carton labels and box graphics for product.
Design and print store POP signage for various vendors.
Create and design any digital visual elements or illustrations needed for websites, social media, PowerPoint presentations, logos, etc.
Create promotional product videos using Adobe Premiere.
Additional projects as needed.
Qualifications
Desire to work with Computer Graphics programs, photography, video development, websites, and social media.
Demonstrated understanding of design, photography, lighting, and video work.
Proficient in using Light Room and AI creation.
Skills in PowerPoint, Adobe Premiere, 3DSMax, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Preferred Skills, Competencies and Experience
Must be motivated and possess attention to detail.
Ability to work on time critical projects.
Ability to work well with others.
Organizational and computer skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Graphics or related field.
