**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Custodian/Maintenance person to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.

**Duties:**

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel

- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet hygiene standards

- Prepare and prep for large group meetings

- Maintain lawn and landscaping

- Manage snow removal

- Light maintence and repair of building premises

**Skills:**

- Experience in industrial cleaning, floor care, and facilities maintenance

- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment operation

- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization

- Proficiency in buffing and polishing floors

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Good communication skills to interact with staff and visitors effectively
