Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, team management, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties: - Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts - Manage inventory control and ordering supplies as needed - Supervise food production to maintain quality standards - Provide leadership and guidance to team members - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Assist in training new employees on kitchen procedures - Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and transactions Qualifications: - Previous experience in the food industry, with knowledge of kitchen and restaurant management - Strong understanding of inventory control and food production processes - Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team - Passion for delivering high-quality food and beverage services - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus Join our team as a Shift Leader and be part of a dynamic environment that values teamwork, creativity, and customer satisfaction.
