- The Staff Accountant will manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including verifying invoices, obtaining approvals, processing payments, and reconciling vendor statements.
- The Staff Accountant will assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, such as invoicing customers, recording payments, and following up on past due accounts.
- The Staff Accountant will handle order entries and ensure accurate recording of sales transactions in the accounting system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.
- Experience within accounting and finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software especially QuickBooks and MS Excel.
