Job Summary

The Township of Plainsboro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Assessor to join
our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring fairness and accuracy in our property tax system
by establishing and maintaining property values.

• College degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property tax assessment.
• Certified Tax Assessor license required by the State of New Jersey.
• Valid NJ Driver's License required.
• Strong knowledge of real estate appraisal principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and assessment software.
