• Support onboarding process for new hires including but not limited to offer letter generation, initiation and monitoring of pre-employment processes, record creation and facilitation of new hire orientation.
• Support Early Career program through coordination, tracking and facilitating of events to ensure flawless execution of program in North America
• Support and/or manage special projects to implement, change or streamline automation and new technology platforms.
