LHH is Hiring an Accounts Receivables Specialist Near Plano, TX
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for billing, creating invoices, and lien releases
- Collect accounts receivables
- Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions
- Reconcile statements and transactions
- Provide administrative support to the controller
- Assist with all other duties as assigned
- 2 years of relevant accounts receivables experience
- Cash, Check, Payment posting, and Account Reconciliation skills are highly desired
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Working knowledge of accounting software, preferably SAP
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately while prioritizing work
- Onsite, M-F, 8-5
- Pay: $22-25/hr.
- Type: 3–4-month contract
- Plano, TX 75024
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
