Our client, a leader in the financial technology industry , is looking to hire a Credit Collections Specialist to join their team in Plano, TX.
This is a hybrid role and will be onsite 2x a week.
This job is a 6-month W2 contract role with benefits and paid holidays!
As a Credit Collections Specialist , you’re responsible for recovering company losses by communicating with clients through phone and mail correspondence.
You will manage delinquent accounts with a high degree of professionalism, empathy, and understanding while still able to firmly request payment from a range of clientele.
Candidates with experience collecting on delinquent accounts in the financial services industry or who have experience in high volume call centers will be a great fit for this role!
