Technical Business Analyst who is passionate about the customer experience and has analytical and multi-task abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Automation Team is responsible for intake, evaluation, and automation solutioning of complex business processes solving client pain-point opportunities against a cyclical agile product delivery roadmap. We seek a Technical Business Analyst to complement our Automation Product Management and Development Team.
The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for analysis of client opportunities, validation of opportunities and use cases, document analysis, and recommend best practice solutions to Automation Product Managers for automation solutioning. The Technical Business Analyst will require strategic design and mapping of business process, systems, and requirements to write process/system/technical solution specifications. The Technical Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional team members such as Product Managers, Developers and interact with Call Center Agents, Managers and Centers Support Teams.
