Chewy is Hiring a Supply Chain Program Manager Near Plantation, FL
What You'll Do
- Own the Fulfillment Network Planning and Execution management processes to support the mid-term to short term resource planning and solve for the Supply Chain and Operations constraints.
- Lead weekly planning review calls with operations and supply chain leaders.
- Work with cross functional teams to drive planning and execution process improvements that will reduce planning errors, improve planning decisions, and optimize network performance.
- Optimize the planning of flows of inventory (Inbound, Outbound, FC-FC transfers etc.) to achieve the highest levels of quality, speed, and cost for Chewy fulfillment network.
- Communicating strategic and tactical decisions and fulfillment network performance updates to a wide variety of stakeholders, including executive-level sponsors.
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of program and/or project management experience
- 2 years of experience in an e-commerce environment preferably in supply chain and/or operations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Advanced analytical skills and business judgment
- Basic technical skills with proficiency in use of SQL
- Position may require travel
- Master's degree (including MBA) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, or a related field
- Expert level skill with industry-standard analytical and tools, including SQL and Tableau
