The Garvey Automotive Group is hiring a full time employee with sales, computer, and customer service experience to join the team at our Garvey Hyundai of Plattsburgh as a new and pre-owned vehicle Automotive Sales Specialist.

• Utilize factory training to learn our extensive product
• Set appointments with clients and follow up with them afterward
• Bring a positive attitude daily!
• Coachable
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail is a must!
• You must be adept at contact management. Email and text are the preferred methods of contact today.
• You must be process driven in order to achieve personal and store goals.
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial type
• Strong phone skills required

Five day work week, health insurance, 401K, vacation time, employee discount on vehicles and parts.

Compensation:

• The most aggressive dealership pay plan in town!
• Primarily commission based (includes minimum commission per deal as well as write up bonus)
• Includes volume bonuses, new and used spiffs, monthly incentives and other contests
• Plus manufacturer incentives
