Rising Tide Charter Public School is seeking a Middle School Special Education Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. Applicants must have a strong background in Special Education (a degree with a concentration in the subject area) as well as an interest in taking an inquiry- and skills-based approach to teaching and learning. Responsibilities include co-teaching core academic classes, supporting a caseload of students with IEPs, writing and updating IEPs and progress reports, and collaborating with other teachers to develop accommodations and modifications.Applicants must hold a Special Education license in Massachusetts, an equivalent license from another state, or have successfully completed an approved undergraduate or graduate program in special education.School Profile:Rising Tide Charter Public School (Rising Tide) is a free charter public school in Massachusetts.
